Susan Radov is currently an MBA candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she has been honored as a Kellogg Merit Scholar. With a rich background in management consulting and defense missions, Susan previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting high-profile clients such as the U.S. Departments of Defense and State. Her expertise spans strategic planning, project management, curriculum design, and people management. Susan’s academic achievements include graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Cultural Anthropology and minored in Mandarin & Chinese Studies. Her passions lie in national security, cultural change, human capital, and organizational design.In her current role at Abt Global, Susan is engaged in developing financial frameworks and strategic planning tools to enhance organizational performance. She also brings experience from her internship at Dooner Social Ventures, where she conducted market research and developed branding strategies. Her previous roles at Booz Allen Hamilton involved managing defense contracts and creating training programs, demonstrating her ability to handle complex projects and drive strategic initiatives. Susan’s diverse skill set and strategic acumen make her a valuable asset for Zaawia.
